Each member of our consultant team holds a technical environmental degree and proven work experience. Additionally, our relationships with other firms allow us to bring in other expertise as needed for certain projects. Norm Weiss has over 40 years of professional experience. He formerly served as Assistant Director with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) where he directed statewide programs for hazardous waste, emergency response, and toxic site remediation.

He formerly served as Assistant Director with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) where he directed statewide programs for hazardous waste, emergency response, and toxic site remediation. Prior to opening his current practice, Mr. Weiss served as a Managing Senior for two national environmental consulting firms. He holds several professional designations and is a Certified Environmental Manager in Nevada. He is also a Seminar Instructor at the Ira Fulton Schools of Engineering, at Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus.

Prior to this role, Gav was a hazardous waste permit writer and pollution prevention engineering specialist focused on compliance at hazardous waste management facilities, minimization of hazardous waste generation, recycling of hazardous waste, and recordkeeping improvements. Tommy joined our team in 2023 after moving to Arizona from Dayton, Ohio. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked as an industrial chemistry lab manager in the metal finishing industry manufacturing for aerospace, medical, automotive, and military fields. He worked with management of various departments including safety manager and director of compliance to implement new products and processes to ensure compliance with government regulations and industry specifications.
